REFUND POLICY
If you no longer require your order and we are notified before your order is shipped we will provide you with a full refund. Once your item has been shipped we will still allow you to cancel your order, however the items must be return to our warehouse within 14 days. Once they are returned and processed your refund will be completed minus the cost of postage and any associated fees (paypal etc).
Return of Electrical Items that have been fitted
All Electrical items must be fitted by a properly qualified person (a person qualified to carry out electrical repairs). Should you wish to return an electrical item that has been fitted you must be able to demonstrate that the work carried out using the part was done by a qualified person or business. Electrical items cannot be replaced or refunded if they were fitted and did not fix the issue they were purchased for. If we determine the electrical item is faulty, we will replace it.
